Meet Rooma Bai

Compassionate Physiotherapy for pain relief and recovery

Rooma is a highly experienced and caring physiotherapist with over 7 years of clinical expertise, helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. She specialises in treating back pain, joint injuries, sports-related conditions, headaches, migraines and post-surgical rehabilitation.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Isra University, Pakistan, Rooma combines strong clinical knowledge with advanced training in manual therapy, Dry needling, chest physiotherapy, soft tissue release, kinesiology taping, joint mobilisation, and tailored exercise therapy.

She is also a Watson Headache®️ Institute Level 1 Foundation Course attendee, allowing her to effectively assess and treat a wide range of headache conditions with a targeted, evidence-based approach.

Rooma has a special interest in treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. Whether you are experiencing jaw pain, clicking, clenching, or related head and neck tension, she works closely with you to identify the root cause and provide effective, long-lasting relief.

Her approach is centred around you. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to your goals—whether that’s reducing pain, improving mobility, recovering from injury, or preventing future problems.

She focuses not just on short-term relief, but on helping you achieve long-term results through movement, education, and hands-on care.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys staying active, practising yoga, Gym workouts and connecting with the community, reflecting her holistic approach to health and well-being. Rooma is fluent in English, Hindi and Urdu, ensuring clear and comfortable communication for a diverse range of patients.
