A personal approach to Women’s Health & performance-focused Physiotherapy
Ana brings over a decade of experience as a Senior Physiotherapist and a skilled Women’s Health Physiotherapist. With a genuine passion for pelvic health, Ana is also dedicated to helping people of all ages and genders move better, feel stronger, and live without pain.
Ana completed her Physiotherapy degree in Spain in 2014 before moving to London in 2015, where she worked across a range of private practice settings. In 2021, she followed her passion for dance medicine, providing Physiotherapy services to dancers and musicians at Trinity Laban Conservatoire and Irie Dance Theatre.
As well as being a certified Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Ana also has a passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation, taking a holistic, evidence-based approach to care. She enjoys supporting women experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, or prolapse, empowering them to regain confidence and control.
Ana also treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports and dance injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and persistent pain.
Her treatment style blends hands-on manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, and dry needling, with a strong emphasis on education and long-term self-management. Ana’s sessions are warm, highly individualised, and focused on helping clients understand their bodies so they can achieve sustainable, long-term results.
Originally from Spain, Ana is fluent in both Spanish and English. Outside the clinic, she is an avid dancer and surfer who enjoys making the most of the Gold Coast’s beaches and active lifestyle.
