It all started with Balance Mobility – founded to help people maintain their independence, mobility, and quality of life through mobility equipment, assistive technology, daily living aids, and personalised support solutions.
From that foundation, the Group has grown to include allied health services such as Physiotherapy, Podiatry and Remedial Massage. Each clinic has its own team and its own front door, but all share the same values and commitment to genuinely good care.
Balance Mobility
Balance Mobility is where it all began, and the home base of the Balance Group.
With stores in Biggera Waters, Browns Plains and Tweed Heads, we provide services Australia-wide to people searching for equipment that supports them to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home and in the community. The range covers wheelchairs, mobility scooters, powerchairs, walking aids, seating, bathroom and bedroom aids, pressure care, braces and supports, and compression stockings. The team also offers equipment hire and repairs, so support doesn’t stop at the point of sale.
Balance Mobility is a registered NDIS provider and can help clients access equipment through the National Disability Insurance Scheme or a Home Care Package.

Balance Physio
Balance Physio is our Mermaid Beach physiotherapy clinic, built on the same commitment to care that started with Balance Mobility.
The team works with people dealing with musculoskeletal pain, recovering from injury, and navigating conditions that affect how they move day to day. That includes everything from shoulder and back pain through to pelvic health, with clinicians who bring a high level of care to their areas of practice.

Hip to Toe is our Arundel-based podiatry and physiotherapy clinic, treating a wide range of conditions from the feet up and the neck down.

Therapy & You is a Gold Coast occupational therapy practice supporting NDIS participants and My Aged Care Home Care Package recipients across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
