Relieve Pain & Restore Movement with Osteopathy

Supporting the body’s natural ability to heal – from structure to lifestyle

Treatment and prevention for musculoskeletal issues

At Balance Physio GC, we’re excited to now offer Osteopathy – a holistic and hands-on approach to healthcare that supports your body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Osteopathy focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure and function, treating not just symptoms, but the root cause of dysfunction.

Osteopathy is a whole-body approach to health that recognises the interconnectedness of the body’s systems – musculoskeletal, nervous, lymphatic, and visceral. When these systems are aligned and functioning well, your body is better equipped to heal, move, and feel its best.

Our osteopath considers the full picture – from your posture and biomechanics to your lifestyle and habits – helping you take control of your health and well-being for the long term.

What Can Osteopathy Help With?

Osteopathy can assist with a wide range of conditions, including:

Back pain, neck pain & sciatica

Headaches & migraines

Hip, knee & shoulder pain

Sports injuries & rehabilitation

Bursitis & tendinopathy

Postural concerns & movement restrictions

Pregnancy-related discomfort

Digestive and respiratory issues

A Whole-Body Approach

Osteopathy at Balance Physio GC looks beyond the area of pain or discomfort. We assess how the entire body is functioning and how various systems may be impacting one another:

We also work with you to optimise lifestyle factors – including exercise, diet, and stress – that can significantly impact your body’s ability to recover and stay well.
